Shipping Information

Thanks for ordering from Whatever Man. Our gear is printed on demand and shipped globally through our fulfillment partner Printful. That means each item is made especially for you when you order it.

Processing Times

All products are made to order.

Typical production time:

  • Apparel: 2–5 business days
  • Accessories: 2–7 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas or major promotions), production times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times (Estimated)

Shipping times depend on destination and product availability at the nearest Printful facility.

Australia

  • 4–10 business days

United States

  • 3–7 business days

Canada

  • 5–12 business days

Europe

  • 4–10 business days

Rest of world

  • 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location
  • product type
  • number of items ordered

Ordering multiple products may result in items arriving in separate packages, depending on fulfillment location.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs fees
  • import duties
  • local taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Whatever Man.


Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • we cannot guarantee replacement
  • reshipping fees may apply

Contact us immediately if you notice an error.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  1. Check tracking first
  2. Contact your local carrier
  3. Then contact us if needed

We’ll help resolve the issue wherever possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the item

We’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate.


Split Shipments

Because we use global fulfillment partners, items in the same order may arrive separately. This is normal and helps reduce delivery time.
